Lisa A. Bianco

Lisa is a federal government relations professional with over two decades of impactful experience on Capitol Hill and in campaigns nationwide. Renowned for her expertise in congressional appropriations and investigations, she has cultivated strong ties with congressional leadership and key figures in the administration, as well as with governors across the country, particularly in Maryland and Colorado.

Prior to joining Perry Jacobson, Lisa’s career included serving as Chief of Staff for Congressman Joe Neguse (D-CO) and Congressman John Delaney (D-MD). She played a crucial role on the historic House Select Committee investigating the January 6th attack on the U.S. Capitol. Her political acumen extended to her work as Campaign Director for former Majority Leader Steny H. Hoyer (D-MD), as well as contributions to the presidential campaigns of Vice President Al Gore and Senator John Kerry, along with numerous U.S. Senate, House, and local races.

Lisa is from Denver, Colorado, and is a graduate of The George Washington University.
