Jenna McGreevy
Jenna is a seasoned advocate with extensive experience representing a diverse portfolio of clients before executive, legislative, and county governments. Before entering private practice, Jenna spent nearly a decade as a senior aide to Senate President Thomas V. Mike Miller, Jr., the longest-serving Senate President in U.S. history. She later served as his Chief of Staff during his tenure as Senate President Emeritus. This role equipped her with a deep understanding of Senate rules, legislative processes and procedures, while fostering strong relationships with key senior staff, executive branch officials, and local government leaders.
Renowned for her expertise in research, and written and oral advocacy, Jenna excels in providing creative legal solutions to regulatory, procurement, and legislative matters. Her advanced knowledge of budgeting and appropriations processes further solidifies her reputation as a trusted advisor. Jenna is also an active participant in the annual schedule of the Democratic Governors Association (DGA).
She holds an undergraduate degree from the University of Maryland, College Park, and graduated summa cum laude from the University of Baltimore School of Law, where she served as an editor on Law Review. Jenna is a member of the Maryland Bar and resides in Annapolis.
