Perry Jacobson Heads West

Perry Jacobson opened up a new office in Denver. The new office will be headed by Leroy M. Garcia, the former Colorado Senate president and a former official under President Joseph Biden.

After working at the Pentagon and for the U.S. Department of Agriculture for the Biden administration, former state lawmaker Leroy Garcia has returned to Colorado.

Garcia, a Pueblo native, has been chosen to be the Colorado lead at Perry Jacobson — an Annapolis, Maryland-headquartered firm that provides government relations services. Of the firm’s nine partners, Garcia is the only one based outside the Baltimore-Washington metropolitan area.
Garcia will be a partner in the firm.

“Leroy was a natural addition as we looked to expand our services,” said Perry Jacobson Managing Partner Jonas Jacobson. “He’s highly respected in Colorado, and his national network through organizations like NCSL [National Conference of State Legislatures] and NALEO [National Association of Latino Elected and Appointed Officials] gives us the opportunity to offer our clients an even greater level of connectivity and expertise.
